Tim Cahill is a professional Football Player for Australia. Cahill was born on the 6th December 1979 in Sydney, NSW. He began playing Soccer now called Football at a very young age. as Cahill got older, he started playing semi-professional Football in Australia before moving to the United Kingdom to pursue his Dream of becoming a professional Football player.
In 1998, Tim began playing for Millwall Football Club. After playing for 6 seasons for them he got transfered to Everton Football Club in the English Premier League in 2004. Not long after being with Everton, Cahill got in to the Australian team. In 2006 Australia qualified for the FIFA World Cup where he was the first Australian to score a World Cup Goal. Cahill had 8 seasons with Everton. He was one of the top scorers in the team. In 2012 Cahill transfered to the New York Red Bulls in the U.S. In 2014 Cahill led Australia to their third straight World Cup appearance. Right now Cahill has signed a contract with Shanghai Shenhua Football Club in China.
