The Granite Belt is the coldest part of Queensland. This year A place called Stanthorpe experienced snow. The floral emblem of Queensland is the Cooktown Orchid, The bird emblem is a Brolga and The animal emblem is the Koala. Each state including Queensland Has their own Parliament and a state Premier and a British Monarch. Queensland's Premier is Annastacia Palaszczuk.
