Golden Wattle
Acacia pycnantha also known as Golden Wattle is a Tree/shrub which is yellow with cream flowers. There are over 600 different species of wattles. Wattle is apart of the Mimosacae family Wattle is found in South-eastern Australia from South Australia through the Flinders Rangers and the Eyre Peninsula and through Victoria and New South Wales. Soil type for wattle depends on the variety. Wattle starts blooming around September. Wattle only needs water to survive.
