The Asian Elephant also known as the Elephas Maximus a mammal that weigh up to about 5.5 Tones and can be at a height of 2 to 3 Metres. The elephants are also a grey colour with a long trunk which is actually their nose. The Asian Elephant lives in Grasslands, tropical areas, forest and scrubland. Elephants are Herbivores so they eat things such as Roots, Grasses, Fruit and Bark. A female Elephant also known as a cows live in families while the Males (Bulls) just stick by themselves.
